In addition to manufacturing new spindles, we upgrade and repair all makes and models of spindles typically at about 50% of the cost of an OEM replacement. PBM offers FAST turn around times allowing you to minimize downtime. PBM can also arrange all your shipping needs to and from our plant ensuring an expedited process.
PBM specializes in high speed CNC type spindles. All our repaired spindles go through an extensive tear down and repair process. Each components are inspected for wear and reconditioned when necessary. All rotating parts get Dynamic Balanced for optimal performance. If equipped, motors are tested and rewound when needed. Spindles are run in at speed and tested using Vibration equipment. Spindles are shipped ready to install without the need of a “break-in” period.
